1998, Argentina Ministers of Irrigation, Provinces of Formosa, Mendoza, Neuquen, Rio Negro and San Juan. Served as guides and interpreters to the Delegation of Ministers during their attendance at the 1998 International Irrigation Association Symposium in San Diego. Their visit was coordinated by Agland Investment Services of Larkspur and funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency.
